We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our client's dynamic team in the reliable networking industry. The B2B Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through new customer acquisition, customer retention, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. You will be passionate about understanding business drivers for performance and will engage with internal and external partners to deliver strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous situations, demonstrating self-starter capabilities to find solutions with or without guidance.
Responsibilities:
Strategically plan for business growth by achieving B2B sales targets.
Identify business opportunities by evaluating industry prospects, researching, and analyzing sales options.
Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommend solutions.
Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; suggest profit and service improvements.
Demonstrate the features and benefits of company products effectively to customers.
Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and pertinent information.
Represent the company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
Plan and execute channel marketing programs.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure outstanding customer support and satisfaction.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Post-secondary education.
Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
Technical background in networking is an asset.
Demonstrated high level of strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
B2B experience and understanding of the Canadian market is a plus.
Ability to proactively cold call into new accounts to drive business growth.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
Strong ability to build rapport and collaborate with colleagues and clients.
