We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with customers, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings. • Sales: Actively pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients, builders, and designers.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize your cabinet-making expertise to educate customers on product specifications, features, and benefits.
- Client Consultations: Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs, provide design consultations, and suggest tailored cabinetry solutions.
- Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals, ensuring accuracy and clarity in pricing and delivery timelines.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our products.
- Networking: Attend trade shows, industry events, and local networking opportunities to promote our cabinetry services and expand your client base.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 Years experience in cabinet making and SALES preferably in a similar role. •
Knowledge: Strong understanding of cabinetry materials, design principles, and manufacturing processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
- Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and meet sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License: Willingness to travel within the designated region for client meetings and site visits. Benefits:

- The position requires traveling to various under-construction sites, where you will focus on selling kitchen cabinets to businesses and customers.
- A gas allowance will be provided to support the required travel.
- Candidates must share their location while working and submit daily reports to ensure clear communication and accountability.
